About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operations Engineer...

This position is for 4+ experienced AEM administrator to support applications hosted on AEM Forms JEE/OSGI shared platform catering to applications of different LoBs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, configuration, and administration support for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Forms JEE and OSGI on lower and production environments.
• Responsible for Product Upgrades/Hotfix installations, Capacity & Performance Management, Monitor & Tune Platform Usage and tech refresh programs.
• Support weekly OS patching across all environments and code/template deployments as required.
• Be able to independently troubleshoot, resolve issues and perform root cause analysis. Good knowledge on investigating AEM issues related to OOM, workflow, etc.
• Recommend and implement automation of different administration tasks via UNIX shell scripts/Python Scripts, command line utilities.
• Work with Infrastructure team, DBA team and other stakeholders. Perform throughput analysis, capacity planning, on-going optimization and tuning of AEM infrastructure.
• Handle BCP & disaster recovery functions, LDAP configuration and user management
• Raise case with vendor Adobe and co-ordinate with them during product issues and bring it to closure.

Essential Qualifications:

• 4+ yrs. of hands-on experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Linux administration, production support role.
• AEM Forms is an add-on package to AEM suite of application. Experience with AEM JEE Forms Server is good to have.
• Expertise in JBOSS administration and Java application support. Knowledge of SOAP/REST based Web Services, Jboss.
• Understanding of change control management and production support releases.
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Expected to work in any 9hrs shift between 6.30am to 7.30pm.
