May act as first line of defense attending to crucial automated alerts, working in liaison with L2 support to ensure maximum uptime of the crucial Customer Due Diligence systems. These systems are used by multiple line of businesses and are crucial for our success.

In this role, you will:

Working in a 16X5 model with a team of equally skilled professionals over cutting edge technologies. You area of focus will be to ensure:

• All alerts are acknowledged, addressed and achieve logical closure
• The system health remains within agreed SLA parameters
• All stakeholders are updated on system state and any deviation is duly escalated
• Adhere to ITIL quality metrics and help to ensure team stats on Incidents, Changes and Service requests remain in check
• Be proactive to achieve continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in IT/Computer Science or similar stream from a reputed institute
• 2 Year of Platform Support experience
• Exposure to Tools like ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, Splunk
