P OSITION OVERVIEW: The System Manager will develop the project high level approach for the integration of both IT and OT systems via SMART integrated and innovative ways with digital and data to meet the customer's operational requirements (i.e., Asset Performance Management & Simulation, Maintenance, Security Systems, Life-Safety, Analytics, Infrastructure, and network system cyber security, etc).Systems Manager will have the overall accountability of managing the system register as well as site-wide system integrator. Systems Manager Position Summary Develop the System Integration Technology packaging strategy for a site-wide system integrator to assist the project's overall systems integration and platform implementation of the designed system including testing requirements, DOR, training, and operational handover of IoT systems Assessment of the contractors' tender documents and supply chain capability to ensure system package suppliers to integrate with the Systems Integration Technology package supplier Provide an integrated approach for capturing project requirements (functional, operational, systems performance, etc.) and Assurance processes Review of contractor systems integration testing procedures and reports ensure that each individual Assets as per the Asset classification hierarchy is compliant to the systems operation requirements, AIR and related performance data and information delivery requirements Validate contractor's approach for integration testing to prove integrated system logic, monitoring functions and system performance in an integrated environment across the project contractors Develop the Information plan that supports capturing real-time sensor information, analytics for predictive O&M Define the framework for System Integration Technology platform to ingest data collected from multiple Structures Systems and Components (SSC) sensors and monitoring devices, expected visualization and User Interface (Ux) required for decision assist , derive actionable insights from vast amount of data that will be collected across its components Understanding network backbone design and technology solutions that can assist IoT and innovative technologies with embedded cyber security architecture across design and implementation of technology solution Develops the specification and requirements for enhancing the AIR with sensory, IoT requirements Conducts regular assessments with customer O&M team to review the integration of asset sensory data with Asset Information Management System (AIMS), systems operations requirements and level of digital data integration achieved on the Project and to seek opportunities for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Basic Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Systems Engineering, Control Systems, Mechanical /Process/ Electrical Engineer 15-20+ years relevant experience in systems engineering, testing and commissioning or maintenance & operations Minimum Qualifications The relevant expert is required to possess the following minimum job knowledge, qualifications, and experience: Strong systems design and systems integration and assurance experience Knowledge of asset performance measurements and analytics Knowledge of technologies and industry standards available for ingesting IoT Experience with simulation software and integration with O&M/ ERP systems Digital Engineering or Information Systems experience with a passion for implementing new and innovative work processes Experience with connected database applications - including the ability to capture, integrate, analyze, visualize and dashboard Ability to create data models, class library and ontology for new types of assets in AIMS Experience with Requirements Management software solutions (i.e., DOORS, Inoslate, etc.) Understands and promotes the importance of data quality. Able to create, run and maintain data quality rules and dashboards on project data to ensure compliance with requirements Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as operator in a plant/building facility Experience with setup and configuration of Requirement Management System and integration with BIM/GIS/EDMS and Simulation software application Knowledge BMS, FMS, CMMS system such as Maximo, SAP Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, and other relational databases Be abreast of Innovation and emerging technology related to: a. AI&ML, technology solutions employed during the construction phase to enhance efficiencies and assist cost-effective automation, b. Connected Infrastructure - IoT and Intelligent Assets for decision-making, performance management and control purposes, c. Digital Twin, Modelling, Simulation for efficient and predictive operations, d. Cameras and Visual Analytics
