This role will require you work both as individual contributor or in a team of experienced Application Server Administrators and support 24X7X365 operations, as the requirement may be. This role will require you to be hands on technical. Proven knowledge at configuration of WebSphere V7.0 including backup-config and restore-config profiles. Working knowledge and take initiative in WebSphere V8.0 implementation, support, Workload Management and Performance Tuning. Proficient to lead and drive third parties to the quick resolution of change. Exposure to infrastructure technologies. Experience in WebSphere performance monitoring/tuning and optimization/capacity planning. Validated expertise in Level 1/2/3 Support Experience in fixing with at least one of middleware or reciprocal development platform and support other team members. Who You Are Qualifications for this role include: 1. ..7+ Years of WebSphere Administration:.. Experience in WebSphere performance monitoring, tuning, optimization, and capacity planning. 8. ..Support Expertise:.. Validated expertise in Level 1/2/3 support. Experience in fixing issues within at least one middleware or reciprocal development platform while also providing support to other team members.
