Your Role and Responsibilities Sound knowledge in building Powerpacks, designing and deploying Powerpacks. Good understanding with SNMP, MIBs, SSH, Shell, Python & PowerShell. Co-ordinating with support teams in resolving issues. Working with Vendor in updating the Patches, fixes, and version upgrades. Develop SOPs, Runbooks and KB articles for operations support. Netcool Omnibus and other event management tools. Matters Knowledge in third party discovery tools like Service Now. Strong understanding of Infrastructure network concepts and protocols. Experience in remediation of discovery and monitoring issues in the infrastructure. Good analytical, problem solving, logical thinking. Standby support during non-office hour is required. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 8 + of experience in the area of Enterprise monitoring, Event Management, Infrastructure Discovery and Automation. Minimum 5 + years of hands-on experience in ScienceLogic Platform. Expertise in Installing, configuring ScienceLogic components. Expertise in configuring Dynamic Applications, Business Services, Dashboard & Reports. Expertise in Application and Infrastructure monitoring. Hands on experience in infrastructure discovery through SL platform and onboarding the Server infrastructure on to SL platform. Collects, generates, or helps refine high level requirements and creates implementation strategy, acceptance criteria (with input from the customer) and test cases. Experience in ScienceLogic System Administration. Experience in ScienceLogic Agent installation, Silo configuration and management. Experience in building and managing Power Map and Power Sync is an advantage. Experience in integration with Service Management tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy. Experience in integration with Notification, Collaboration, and automation tools like -x. Experience in event management functionality. Science Logic Systems Management Experience with Automation Tool Maintenance. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Hands on experience in infrastructure discovery through SL platform and onboarding the Server infrastructure on to SL platform, Experience in ScienceLogic System Administration, Experience in ScienceLogic Agent installation, Silo configuration and management.
