  • Manage and monitor Office365 health and services.
    • Troubleshoot mail flow and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
    • Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues
    • Maintain on-boarding and off-boarding processes
    • Assign Office365 licenses, set permissions, troubleshoot issues
    • Assist with administering MS Teams
    • Manage different exchange versions of Office365
    • Good understanding on Active Directory (On-Prem) and AZURE as well.
    • Manage Office 365 services in hybrid infrastructure
    • Knowledge on On-Prem to cloud migration
    • Supporting Skype for Business & OneDrive issues
    • Provide day to day on-call administration support in a O365 environment along with supporting assigned systems and installing applications.
    • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations.
    • Manage the development and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers.
    • Exchange Mailbox Backup and Restore Procedures
    • Experience in supporting exchange server health check and should be in position to recommend the best practices.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Office 365
    • Experience using Exchange 2016/2013 Infra
    • PowerShell scripting
    • Working knowledge of Office365 Teams
    • Working knowledge of Office365 Security and Compliance Centre
    • Working knowledge of SPAM and threat prevention solutions
    • Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc)
    • Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016 infrastructure.
    • Troubleshooting, Solving and following up of Level 1 and 2 incident
    • Endpoints management through Intune or other Mobile Device Management solution
    • Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance
    • Perform software upgrades and patches (PC Software, Windows patch, firmware upgrades etc.)
    • Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility
    • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
    • Expert in Windows Active Directory, Office365, and PowerShell.
    • Knowledge on On-Prem to cloud migration
    • Experience with Power shell commands, DAG and clusters
    • Ability to fix with logs and event viewer Validated knowledge in managing DAG replication network and resolve Exchange server database
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
