Systems Engineering - Architect: : Collaborate with various product development teams in clarifying and explaining product requirements Establish and Propose System Architecture Procedure by selecting method, Process, tool, and Architecture Framework. Effectively communicate and provide recommendations through analysis, preparation, and presentation of technical material to internal and external audiences Recommend Best Practices for Architecture and train the other system engineers on system architecture. Contribute to design of product architecture for development projects (as a model-based description using systems modelling language) Effective risk identification and mitigation strategy in collaboration with technical experts. Should have the ability to recommend, demonstrate, and implement the most pragmatic solutions. Establish integration of requirements management tool, and Team Center with System Architecture tool with help of IT experts. Responsible for End-to-end Product development of system architecture and demonstrate with other stakeholders. Responsible for deriving the architecture solutions in Product Development in coordination with requirements engineers. Desired Qualification and experience: Bachelor\'s or master\'s in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automotive, aviation, mechatronics engineering or related system integration discipline. Experience in establishing system architecture from baseline for Energy systems. Experience in Architecture Frameworks like Magic Grid, UAF, MODAF and DODAF. Minimum 10 years experience which may split as design engineer or subsystem owner with 5 years of minimum as System Architecture experience. Hands-on experience with machinery design using end-to-end systems engineering modelling software platform. Expertise in UML/ SysML using Cameo/Magic Draw/Enterprise Architect/IBM Rhapsody. Existing track record of contributions or ownership for creation of models of physical systems using multidomain modelling language (Matlab, Simulink, Simscape, Simpack etc) Technical systems engineering expertise through all phases of product development, from requirements definition through architecture design, development, validation, and product lifecycle support. Experience in deriving the system architecture of entire full V-Cycle of system architecture. Experience in integration of system architecture tools to Team Center and Requirements Management tools such as Siemens Polarion, IBM Doors. Nice to have (Not mandatory): Experience in scripting like Python, Java Scripting. Experience in Leading a team of system engineers. Experience in FMEA and DFMEA analysis with help of Architecture tool. INCOSE Certification CSEP or ESEP Having education in Systems Engineering
