- About the Role -—

FinTech is a part of the CFO's organization and responsible for innovating and building the best financial products & systems in the world. Our DNA is customer obsession, top-quality products, teamwork and transparency. This role is under Finance Analytics team which is part of FinTech group.
This role is a unique opportunity mix of technology, product development, and project management for Finance analytics platform. You will envision, craft, and drive an analytics roadmap to enable real-time, automated insights for the worldwide Finance operations team. This role would give a lot of exposure to Internal Finance landscape with the different products and applications. Primary stakeholders will be Finance operations team that includes procurement, receivables and accounting teams.

- What You Will Need -—

• Strong Analytics background, and experience in crafting products around business metrics, planning and reporting
• Strong Finance domain/Product expertise, especially Oracle ERP(Finance modules), Coupa, TM1
• 6+ years of work experience in a quantitative role in tech, finance, or consulting
• Strong in SQL, data analysis, and exploration
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Self-starter, demeanor and ability to exercise judgment and tackle challenging problems without direct supervision
• Good communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!

- What the Candidate Will Do -—

• Develop analytical frameworks to support decision-making for the Finance team
• Own data analysis and visualization, communicate recommendations and insights to stakeholders across the organization
• Partner closely with stakeholders and act as FinTech Partner, work closely with SMEs, PMs to identify opportunities for improvements, build insights that drive decisions around process, policy and product
• Brainstorming and Collaboration with Engg and BI team to design scalable solutions
• Run your own queries, analyze data to fix or define problems
• Document business requirements, functional design, test scenarios/scripts, and end-user training materials
• Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting & models
