Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

Work closely with Oracle's internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's applications internally. The main responsibilities may include: Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. Define and drive business specifications for product and component integration points. Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications. Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers. Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams. Manage all aspect of product rollout and coordination with internal teams. Define specifications for data migration from legacy systems into newer applications. Define specifications for data interfaces between applications for product rollouts. Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.


Oracle Hospitality OPERA Property Management Cloud Services are a cloud-based, mobile-enabled platform for next-generation hotel property management. Based on OPERA Property on premise, the leading enterprise solution suite for the hospitality industry, OPERA Cloud offers an intuitive user interface, comprehensive functionality for all areas of hotel management, secure data storage, and hundreds of key partner interfaces to meet the needs of hotels of all types and sizes. The HGBU Build Engineering team play an important role in the Building Customer Environments, improvement of Cloud deployments, automation and upgrades for HGBU applications (OPERA). Tasks include but are not limited to understand and contribute to application architecture, upgrading SSD environment, support to AMS/ESS teams, document manual installation and configuration guides, facilitate communication and validation of automated deployment scripts, provide feedback to development and engineering teams for continuous improvement in Cloud deployments and administration, and active participation during development and validation environment deployments.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in administering Oracle Identity Management Stack, Weblogic, Service Bus (OSB), SOA, OHS etc.
• Must: Proficiency in Weblogic 11g, 12c and Oracle Middleware stack which includes OIM, OAM, OIF, OAAM, OID, OHS.
• Must have hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Must: Ability to create, manage and administer Production/UAT/development environments for an enterprise application.
• Analyze existing IDM custom components and recommend modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability and scalability.
• Ability to implement and maintain OIM connectors for LDAP Sync. Integrate OIM with OID, OUD, OVD, and MS Active Directory.
• Provide senior-level technical support on solving complex issues requiring rapid resolution related to Oracle IDM applications and environments.
• Niche skills like IDCS, OAAM/ Mobile & Cloud/ Entitlement is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking and security i.e. DNS records, Load Balancers, subnets, TLS, SSL, SAML etc.
• Conducting performance tuning to maintain system stability.
• Assisting development teams in manual application code deployments.
• Experience with scripting language such as PERL, UNIX Shell scripting and batch files.
• Experience on writing SQL queries and ability to query databases for needed information.
• Experience with designing software product build, deployment, install and upgrade processes.
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. MS preferred.
