The role also supports integrations with systems like Salesforce and web analytics, assists with platform updates, ensures data quality through audits and hygiene checks, and oversees reporting and dashboards to support marketing and sales performance. In addition, the role contributes to service delivery by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring agreed service levels are met. It involves documenting and implementing changes, supporting remedial and preventative measures, and developing scalable workflows, automation sequences, and lead routing processes. The role also maintains process documentation to ensure systems and workflows remain clear, sustainable, and continuously improved. Minimum/essential Should have supported multiple HubSpot MA releases. Experience in development of and support for HubSpot Marketing Hub module Experience with Power BI and ServiceNow Administration. Degree level or equivalent HubSpot Administrator Certification or Similar Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
