The Role: We are seeking a Software Test Manager (SWE.5 and SWE.6) who will support GKN ePowertrain AWD/eDrive Product development. Key responsibilities include: Provide technical leadership and lead a team of Engineers to deliver the Project Capture and analyse software requirements from customer and related Systems / Components. Work in close collaboration with software requirement engineers and software architects Develop qualification and integration test strategy based on software requirements and software architectural design Plan to Build software components for integration testing Plan to Develop test specifications and test cases against SWE.1 and/or SWE.2 requirements as well as experience based tests Plan to Develop and execute manual and / or automated tests on virtual test environment, target ECU and HIL Ensure compliance to internal and external standards including functional safety. Participate in review of SW requirements and architecture documents, internal and customer test specifications and test results Participate in ASPICE audits (both internal and external) Analyse Defects and Changes. Who you\'ll be: To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in Automotive domain and hands on experience in SW testing based on AUTOSAR architecture Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required Essential Skills Engineering or Post Graduate Engineering degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Automotive domain Hands on experience in Powertrain or Chassis domain Experience in managing SW test projects Experience in working with AUTOSAR software Experience in SWE.5 (Software Integration Test) and SWE.6 (Software Qualification test) Experience in python / CAPL programming Must be having strong experience in Diagnostics (UDS and OBD) Fundamental knowledge of SW architecture (UML / SYSUML) Must have experience in analyzing and fixing reported issues Good understanding of C Language Hands on experience in Microsoft Project Tool Skills PTC Integrity Vector vTestStudio, CANoe, Inchron Experience in using Debuggers like iSystems or Lauterbach or equivalent vECU knowledge Experience is using Digital Oscilloscope Language Skills Must be fluent in English Travel Requirements Local Infrequent Our Offer: This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of technology and innovation across the fast-paced Electric Vehicle market supporting new product development across all phases of the product lifecycle.
