Role : System Integration Applications Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, oversee, and configure the integration of technological systems.
• Ensure that all current and future systems are working together efficiently, both among internal departments and with external networks.
• Develop strategic plans and action steps to deploy these solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist with the delivery of releases, modifications, testing, along with any needed Applications Support
• Provide input and co-ordinates with DBA, architects, and business user in creating new and modifying existing database structures using different types of databases and designs.
• Support business partner on development of Organizational Change Management (OCM) deliverables
• Participating in roadmap discussions and vendor assessments
• Work with the development teams (internal and external) to ensure that the design is fully understood, and all design gaps are closed to ensure that all development activities are on schedule
• Work with the Test Workstream to ensure testing can be delivered according to plan
• Create technical design documentation for complex projects and difficult maintenance efforts by analyzing and tracing designs to requirements (business and functional) and systems architecture
• Develop and integrate applications that support business strategy and requirements with emphasis on business delivery, performance, availability, scalability, security, maintainability, reliability, ease of configuration and integration.
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Participate in scoping, estimating and risk management efforts.

Minimum Requirements and Types of Experience:

• 5-6+ years as a Business Systems Integrations Analyst
• 5+ years of data integration experience, preferably in a SaaS / technical environment
• A strong facilitator who can work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain operational knowledge at a detailed level quickly
• Experience across a range of integration approaches, including EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration
• Familiarity with analytical tools, such as spreadsheets, business intelligence applications, and SQL
• Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus
• Software development company experience preferred
• Experience creating detailed integration business requirements documentation
• Solid understanding and experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
• Ability to work in collaboration with business and technical teams to lead solution discovery sessions
• Experience and track record of being part of large projects with formal methodologies for project and/or sprint plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including individual and small group presentations

Education Level/Degree:

• Bachelor of Science in computer science, engineering, business administration with a technical focus or a related field
• ITIL and/or Agile SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner Certification preferred
