The Wiz team is responsible to define, validate and drive the introduction of innovative lighting propositions to local end user sales teams.

As part of the Global team, the System Expert team is responsible to test systems with a user mindset, manage pilots and provide second line support for field issues. Next to the End User sales channel, the System Expert team is also providing direct technical support to our sales partners (Certified System Integrators, CSIs).

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Provide ticketing support to the local sales teams and to partners
• Acceptance testing of new systems and products, including the documentation pack, prior to Market introduction.
• Train and support the End User sales teams, System Architects and partners to enable them to successfully propose, sell, deliver, and maintain commercial projects
• Feedback market experience to the R&D community
• The job includes regular travel, to a customers, partners or Signify locations with in India.
• Continuous learning is part of the role.

Your qualifications

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science & Engineering, or similar
• Overall 6-8 years of industry experience & at least 3 years of experience with cloud connected systems , Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, BLE, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Expertise in IT systems, IT networks and Web Services
• Proven skills to analyze and solve IT network issues
• Experience in working with customers
• Ability to work in a global multidisciplinary team
• Ability to be self-directed and motivated
• Experience as a trainer
• Knowledge of Home lighting/ automation is preferred
