Job Description

Call Center Exposure:

Experience working in a call center environment, handling user queries, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Networking:

Familiar with fundamental networking concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Issue Identification & Escalation:

Capable of accurately identifying system and technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate team for swift resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient incident management.

Ticketing & SLA Compliance:

Efficient in resolving support tickets within SLA timelines using standard ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective end-user support.

Work Flexibility:

Open to working in night shifts and adaptable to varying support environments.

Job specifications



Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related stream. Good experience as a system engineer in BPO for about 02 to 04 years.

Networking & Security:

Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles, including threat prevention and system hardening.

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently across hardware, software, and network systems.

CCTV & Firewall Management:

Familiar with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems and firewalls for enhanced physical and digital security.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication; able to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ticketing Systems & Security Audits:

Proficient in using ticketing tools and participating in regular security audits to ensure compliance and system integrity. Willing to work at night shift.
