REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science/related field
• Has about 2-5 years of experience in handling System Engineering domain for a mid size organisation
• Has a solid understanding and experience in System Administration
• Good understanding of different aspects of IT infrastructure - network (firewall, router,

switches), devices (laptops, mobile devices), asset management, administration systems
(domain controller, active directory, LDAP) and OS (Mac, Windows) * Has some experience in Procurement management for Laptops

• Has had experience with JIRA ecosystem
• Good debugging skills, take ownership and can skilfully get to the root cause and make

recommendations to address it * Good understanding of information and data security standards and can implement best practices, protocols and tools with minimal guidance

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand roadblocks and generate effective

solutions * Decent working and communicating style with technology teams, being able to grasp

and understand their challenges * Good collaboration and influencing skills - able to give confidence to stakeholders on project execution

• Demonstrate ease in working in a global environment, collaborate across in-country and international teams
• Good communication and presentation skills with demonstrated success in communicating to stakeholders in marketing, Talent, finance teams
