JOB DESCRIPTION: * Operating Systems:

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server and client operating systems and environments.
• Experience in OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Maintenance Activities:

• Plan, schedule, and implement maintenance activities, including software upgrades, hardware replacement, and infrastructure changes.
• IIS Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure IIS (Internet Information Services).
• Patch Management:

• Administer Windows and Linux Patch Management systems.
• Configuration, deploying patches on the infrastructure, monitoring deployments, troubleshooting failed deployments, etc.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP:

• Hands-on experience in AD and DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain a global Active Directory, including sites and services, domain replication, and group policy.
• Virtualization Technologies:

• Support Virtualization technologies, including 3-tier virtualization, VMware, HCI, Nutanix, and other hardware and software platforms.
• Hands-on experience in VM creation, Snapshot, Basic Network, VM Backup, and troubleshooting.
• Storage:

• Hands-on experience in Storage to support NAS and SAN technologies.
• Processes include Lun creation, Lun mount with OS, Monitoring, and data replication.
