Roles and Responsibilities:

Configuration & troubleshooting VPN access to end-users. Windows/MAC/Network Administration.
Management of Laptops & Desktops (Windows, Mac), Basically End-user support.
Basic G-Suite administration. Creation and managing of users and groups of mail. (G Suite).
Coordination with All IT Related vendors and ISP. Responsible for network management (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Business Application Support (Email, Office, Office 365 Suit (etc.). Manage engine ticketing System.
The Incumbent will be responsible for System Administration & troubleshooting of Laptops and Desktops (Windows and MAC).
Basic Network Administration of Firewall & Switches, SSL VPN Management.
BE or BS Computer Science, BS MIS, or equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a System administrator
