:
Troubleshoot and resolve OS issues, performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, service requests etc.
Monitor the internal and production servers regularly and be responsible for system error diagnosis and troubleshooting as well as with actively addressing potential systems
Day-to-day administration and configuration changes of AIX Server
Enrolling users and maintaining system security
Prepare and follow daily check list dedicated monitoring.
Installation/ upgradation / migration / patch management in compliance with IBM standards.
Raise product related issues with OEM, assist with logs and traces and take necessary follow-ups.
