Note: We are looking for candidates who can start Immediately to max one month notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring client computer systems with and enrolling to Intune
- Installing and administering Windows, Linux, and Apple Operating System
- Ensuring endpoints are compliant with Intune, Sophos, and Sapience policies
- Assisting O365 tools and products not limited to User management, etc
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Responding to users IT support requests, tracking and managing tickets, and making sure to resolve within SLA
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues/Installation, and networking problems
- Executing automated security scan for endpoint and fixing any identified vulnerabilities before deploying to production
- Hands-on experience in Asset Management and procurement process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer
- Holds valid for certifications in Hardware and Networking and MCSE and/or CCNA
- Experience with scripting languages such as Power shell is an advantage
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically
