Currently we are hiring as System Administrator.Job Location: Hyderabad.:1. Administer, Manage and Troubleshoot Hardware and Software-
System Infrastructure comprising of Large Number of Desktops,
Printers, UPS, Backup systems etc, Manage Engine desktop central Tool and Remote Desktop Connection, Zoom Call,WebEx call,Teams Call ,Etc2. Maintenance of Switches , Routers, Firewall And Servers3. Responsible for troubleshooting Internet issues. Troubleshooting of complex LAN/WAN infrastructure. Setup and maintained LAN connectivity and Wireless networks.4. Ticketing Tool -Manage Engine Service Desk plus,Track SLAs,OLAs, proactively.5. Experience in Active Directory- Creating and adding Users in OU, groups, Unlocking and reset Password, Backup, etc.6. Providing IT Security System Awareness to the Organization users. Assisted with policies and procedure7.
