Job Overview: As a System Administrator at Pearl Organisation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and integrity of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of our systems and servers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Responsibilities: System Maintenance:Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and server hardware.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and performance. Network Management:Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and implement necessary adjustments. Security:Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization\'s systems and data.
Conduct regular security audits and respond to security incidents. Backup and Recovery:Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
Test and validate backup processes to ensure data integrity. User Support:Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues. Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies. Job Types: Walk-In, Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
