About the team

GCS Overnight Support team - operates 9x5 from Chennai/Bangalore.

.What you will be doing

Provide Wintel support for the hosted systems.

Experience with deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting multi-tier applications.

Support escalations from engineers for day to day and projects

Server as the subject matter expert of customer environments in your region

Provide technical leadership and mentoring for other engineers on your team

Manage and maintain customer server environments both in our hosted platform and on-premise (remotely)

What you bring:

Experience in Exchange Server Support/VMware Support

Windows Server Support

Azure Foundations and Administration

Citrix Administration

M365 Administration Experience (tenant management and hardening, Security, Intune, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
