Conduct End to End IT Support and Sysadmin activities for Command Center Desktops, CC Network, media wall / controllers and CC IT infra
Coordination with Axis IT team for any network connectivity issues related to Veracity servers or Veracity live branches
Provide continuous support on monitoring Veracity server warnings / errors mails received daily and coordinate with Axis IT / Veracity
Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of Command center associated Servers, Desktops, Axis IT provided servers and Veracity provided desktops
Provide end to end technical support required on Veracity, IOC, Integrated devices, Sysadmin, Veracity Go-Live activities and overall IT infra upgrade / troubleshooting activities
Creating, Tracking and closing all the tickets related to Server access and TP_ID
Creating, Tracking and closing all the tickets related to ARCOS and BOMGAR which will be required by Veracity Technical support team
Conduct End to End Sysadmin activities for Antivirus Servers, Licenses and patch upgrade coordination for Command Center desktops, Servers and all branch NVR / BHPC
Perform Veracity Integration and configuration activities
Perform Veracity testing activities and troubleshooting
Perform devices Re-configuration activities in Veracity software
Provide support on end-to-end coordination with Axis IT team on Veracity Servers related issue and trouble shooting
Providing end to end coordination with Axis IT on maintenance, backup and restoration of VERACITY servers
Provide end to end support on maintenance, backup and restoration of IOC servers until these servers are required to be maintained
Provide support on extracting backup files from IOC in case if in future any historic old data requested by customer
Playing role of coordinator between Veracity Technical Support team and Axis IT team for ongoing reviews / meetings
Coordinating with Veracity technical team for any new device integration like NVR/PANEL etc.
Coordinate with all OEM for available technical support
Support on tracking of issues related to Veracity project
Coordinate for any POC related to Veracity and new OEM integration
Provide remote support during off duty hours when critical IT / Sys-admin related issues reported
Provide support on RCA for Veracity issues observed
Coordinate and communicate with Trigyn and Customer stakeholders for all IT support, Network, IOC and Veracity related activities
Prepare and maintain network, IT Infra, IOC and Veracity related project reports and trackers on regular basis
