Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Support product revenues and adoption by collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams

- Responsible for product GTM plans to drive key product outcomes- identifying target audience, marketing mix, forums for participation and lead acquisition etc

- Identification of industry events, webinars, syndication platforms for audience engagement

- Craft differentiated product positioning through customer segmentation and understanding of various buyer personas

- Conduct extensive market and competitive research to identify differentiations and strikes to win

- Create sales collaterals and support sales teams as a product expert for customer conversions

- Train sales teams on product pitches and measure effectiveness

- Drive top of the funnel with thought leadership and product campaigns

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of SaaS product marketing experience or consulting background

- Excellent academic credentials and an MBA (or similar) qualification from a top-tier institution

- Understanding of various marketing functions and overall marketing techniques

- Excellent interpersonal and management skills to build trust and good rapport with cross functional teams

- Good analytical/ problem solving skills, with a data-driven approach and an eye-for-detail

- Strong communication skills - writing, verbal communication and listening skills are required to interact with senior management, clients, marketing/PR professionals, and designers

- Proven experience working under strict deadlines and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Project management skills - the ability to schedule, build teams, and consistently meet deadlines
