For restaurant partners, we offer an array of B2B products such as inResto Suite and Torqus POS that help solve several operational and business challenges faced by restaurants.

Role & Responsibilities :

Act as a GM of the region:

- Aligning the region's target achievement with the organization's AOP and maximizing GMV across the region.

- Help the core team to build a strategy to significantly increase Dineout's footprint in the region.

- Coordinate with the core management to perform strategic planning and objectives.

- Conduct market research into trends in the industry and market to ensure the competitiveness of Dineout's product.

- Represent the company at seminars and workshops and events to promote Dineout's brand and products.

- Develop and own relationships with key decision-makers within the F&B industry of the region.

- Build a 360 vision of the quality of the supply in your region and a plan on how to fix the gaps.

- Lead a team of City heads in managing the revenue and non-revenue metrics for their respective cities.

- Develop tools and processes to contribute to greater productivity and efficiency of your team.

- Implement strategies and promotional activities with restaurant partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage for Dineout.

Desired Skills :

- Bachelor's or equivalent degree is required, MBA is a plus

- 7 -10 years experience in top-tier management consulting, or account management/business operations in a fast-growing consumer tech company.

- Proven leadership skills, team leader, and team player.

- Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to report and persuade different levels, including senior management.

- Ability to communicate the value proposition and recommend solutions to potential partners
