Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sweet and snack products or gift hampers.
Actively promote sales, special offers, and new products to maximize sales revenue (up-selling/cross-selling).
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and work to resolve issues promptly.
Store Operations & Inventory:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods (cash, digital, etc.).
Monitor stock levels on shelves and coordinate with the store manager for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items to maintain freshness and compliance with hygiene standards.
Assist with receiving deliveries, verifying quantities, and pricing products with correct labels.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment and merchandise displays to attract customers.
