As a Software Quality Assurance Manager, you\'ll be responsible for Software Quality Product life cycle maturity, process and effective deployment of Software quality assurance model in all disciplines (development quality, supplier Quality, field quality, Compliancy and Security). What You\'ll Do Create a Software Quality Assurance Model in line with our Electronics and Internet of Things business and executing this globally through the entire organization. Accountable for Build-in Quality of our products and systems, Risk Management (DFMEA, Maturity Grid), SW KPIs, Test Strategy best practices from a Firmware and Software perspective Building confirmation checks and testifying processes. Automatize and digitize the Software Quality Assurance processes. Developing an Integrated Process, Methods & Tools landscape, based on Best-in-class in Industry Your Qualifications Technical Academic/University degree (B.E or MSc) or higher degree in software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline. Good understanding and experience with SAFe and Agile Methodologies. Knowlede of frameworks like CMMI and ASPICE is added advantage. 20 years of experience providing technical leadership in defining, developing and evolving software systems solutions in a fast paced and agile environment. Experience in integrated complex software centric design &development projects with proven track record of content leadership and results. 10+ years of software project management experience across multiple locations in a cross functional matrix environment (familiar with SCRUM, AGILE, Systems Engineering) Coding qualifications in Java, python, C++, ruby, JavaScript, Scala or others Experience in Quality Assurance methods and tools (e.g. DFSS, APQP, CMMi etc). 10+ years of coaching teams on Software QA best business practices Experience with development tooling (JIRA, Confluence) and Software Quality Tooling (SonarQube, TIOBE). Longstanding experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment with the ability to collaborate across the different levels of the organization with high impact and engagement. Strong global leadership of virtual teams; strong team player who can influence & direct cross-functional teams. Strong customer and people focus. Ability to synthesize multiple factors and recommend business direction and actions. Proven ability to tailor previous learnings for a different company, culture, speed and maturity level to role model our culture, behaviors and competencies. Our candidate profile is just a guide.
