About the Company: Since beginning its operations in 1964, Sporting Syndicate are the Largest Manufacturer and Exporters in India and operate in many Sports including Football, Cricket, Rugby, Basketball, Athletic-Gear etc. About the role: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to head our Quality Assurance department. The role would include tasks and responsibilities like:
- Leading the Quality Assurance team of 20 personnel
- Supervising every team member\'s tasks
- Achieving your set KPIs and report them directly to the Director of Operations
- Improving the Standard of Procedures and making sure they are followed by each member
- Educating the team members on what norms to follow
- Previous experience in leading a team of Quality Assurance officers
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry is required
- Great Communication skills
- Show a great deal of patience in educating team
- Provident Fund
- Yearly bonus
- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Quality Assurance: 7 years (Required)
