Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

Principal Responsibilities

The roleholder has the opportunity to influence, design and drive the Learning agenda for India. Additionally, the roleholder will support the Learning & Talent agenda for specific businesses/functions.

The role holder will:

  • Understand the Learning needs for India from key stakeholders and design/execute appropriate interventions to support the outcomes.
  • Leverage new age platforms like LXP, University and Future skills to support in deepening the Learning culture.
  • Work with and influence ASP / Country Learning & Talent teams, HR stakeholders and business stakeholders to drive the learning & leadership development agenda.
  • Proactively scan the external market / research for best practices and bring in an experimentation mindset to pilot new initiatives in this domain.
  • For specific business/functions, understand talent needs and execute key talent management processes like talent identification and succession planning.
  • For specific business/functions, steer the Learning agenda by demand planning, understanding learning needs, designing appropriate interventions and working with outsourced partner for learning execution activities.
  • Ensure appropriate rollout of regulatory/mandatory trainings, in alignment with any rules or regulations applicable for India & ASP.
Requirements

Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
