Expereince: 2 - 7 Years Qualification: BE/Btech Job Location: Pune JOB DESCRIPTION RTB-Design Competency Requirement \'This position is for RTB Rear Suspension design, development and integration. 1) The candidat e would be working in the Rear Suspension team to contribute towards design and development of RTB aggregate. 2) Integration of rea r suspension with vehicle, and other aggregates, to meet the performance, durability and packaging targets. 2D/3D CAD review and release management in compatible life cycle management system 3) Experience in making RFQ\'s, SOR, RASIC, specification sheets, DVP and DFMEA. 4) Experience in DMU & Packaging in Catia. Initial Concept layout Preparation in Catia. Catia Knowledge will have additio nal Advantage 5) Knowledge to apply GD & T, Excel Based and Team centre base Dimensional Variation Analysis 6) Knowledge of change m anagement tools like DML ,ECN, DCR , knowledge of spare parts usage. 7) Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes. (We lding, Sheet metal forming, casting, forging, machining, injection & blow moulding, Rubber/Plastic, Thermo plastic etc.) 8) Proto in denting, proto build activity support. 9) Experience & Knowledge of Fitment Trial Report with plant. Worked on field/manufacturing i ssues and its resolution 10) Interact with CAE to understand the feedback and incorporation for Design Change 11) Ability to estimat e system Weight correctly 12) Support Component and Vehicle Testing to resolve fitment and validation issues for part failure. 13) Ability to prepare Knowledge management document as per on the job learning, supplier visit, supplier assessment, and new technology demonstration 14) Ability to support Owners and workshop Service manual creation. 15) Good knowledge of vehicle aggregates for Sub system integration required for domain area.
