[ n Your Job The Workday Tier I Support will be a part of an global team creating new solutions as well as improving existing solutions for Koch Industries. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. What You Will Do Monitor and review ticket queue and resolve utilizing prior knowledge or existing documentation in an internal knowledge base provide technical support to internal TNS users by researching and answering questions and troubleshooting problems or reassign to appropriate queue. Maintain ticket statuses, worklog, resolution. Create basic Workday condition and validation rules. Make data updates to Workday organizations, organization hierarchies, Business Processes, reference IDs, Sales Items, Projects, Work tags and Security Assignments Make updates to Advance reports and reports filters Communicate with TNS end-users and Senior-level support personnel via chat and phone. Communicate issues to senior staff as needed. Create / updating internal documentation including knowledge articles and user guides. Participate in QA Testing on multiple platforms. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bacheloru2019s degree in information systemsxa0or related 1 year of IT support Strong communication skills Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Interest in developing skills across the Workday platform. Proven ability to work collegially with stakeholders and team members. Ability to solve problems independently while also knowing when to escalate/seek guidance. A high-level understanding of business processes What Will Put You Ahead 1+ Year Workday customer support (preferably HCM or Financial Accounting) Prior work experience in Accounting, Billing, or Human Resources At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
