Job Challenges:
?Implementation of Machine modification Projects maintaining a balance between machine utilization and downtime.
?Establish and maintain a computerised maintenance management system for tracking maintenance history of plant equipments.
?Upkeep of the existing equipment (some are 20 years old) is a major challenge due to non-availability of spares, machine conditions etc.
?To design and ensure an effective detailed Reliability Centred Maintenance program is in place to analyse systems.
