1) Job Purpose: To support sales activities of the territory and provide MIS support to SL

Order booking
Correctness and timeliness
Payment follows- up
Sending PI & Ledger to customer
Allocation of material
Regular allocation based on Plant report
Everyday MIS
On Time readiness
Diversion /Releases
Correctness and timeliness
Dispatch Intimation to customers
Sending email for dispatch details along with MTC.
Order Status Update
Coordination with plant and updating the same to customer
Miscellaneous
As and when required
Order Booking and Transaction related IT issues
Coordination and follow up with IT team
