1) Job Purpose: Executive Inside Sales
To assist the sales team by coordinating with KAMs, Plant and Department Head and ensuring on time delivery of products to the customer.

Supporting Actions
Provide Sales support to Inside Sales Manager, Key Account Managers, Customers
Ensure to maintain and update sales and customer records
Publish the loading and dispatch plan for the month coordinating with all KAMs
Exhibit safety culture at all time
Support the Inside Sales Team for smooth workflow.
Identify the Gaps in the work process to make Process dependent rather than people dependent
Order Management
Loading the order and tracking the status of the order
Analyzing the material status with help of reports
Ensure to process the Performa Invoices & Quotations for new orders to Clients / Key Account Managers
Balancing between Customer requirement & Production Constraints
Order Review with Planning Team on urgencies for achieving Sales Targets
Daily monitoring of Stock levels for each customer and follow ups. Follow FIFO basis on dispatches to Customer with respect to PO.
Track & update the order status to clients/ KAMs through email / telecon.
On time Delivery
Order Acknowledgment & Providing lead time to Customers & KAMs
Support KAMS for On Time Delivery & Order Fulfillment
Negotiate and commit the dates as per the customer / KAM's requirements post discussion with PPC.
Ensure to arrange FGPI (Finished Goods Proforma Invoice) for the ready materials for the cash customers and follow up with KAM / customer for the same.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Credit Management
Handing the Credit management for all Customers with close coordination with Finance in terms of Credit Limit & Credit Days. Escalation to management in case of High Credit Exposures
Handling Change Management with support document by coordinating with KAMS, Sales Director
Other Support Functions
Facilitate the customer visit to the factory with arrangement of transportation, accommodation & meetings
Implement 5S in office and sustain the same
MIS
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Measure Customer Satisfaction Index on yearly basis with Gap analysis
MRM preparation for sales / business - Monthly
Prepare and maintain all the documents and records related to QMS and EMS requirements
Complete the WOC as per the EHS requirements
