Job Purpose
Candidate should be a full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/ Chemical Industry with 3-5 years of experience in Extrusion having knowledge of Extrusion Production and Quality Systems, Extrusion Press. Should have knowledge of Aluminum Extrusion Press, knowledge of Mandrels, extrusion heads, sockets, and essentials parts for manufacturing aluminum, maintenance, and operation of hand tools, knowledge of Quality, environment & safety procedures, and certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, OHSAS 18001), operation of Roll Contour machine The candidate must have good Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce. Should have a working knowledge of manufacturing production and quality systems. Should be very good in teamwork, Service Orientation & customer focus to implement and effectively develop within the predefined parameters like timeline, production targets, etc.
