Responsibilities/Authority:
This position is responsible to implement and manage information technology (IT) solutions that meet the needs of the business. Collaborate with IT colleagues and subject matter experts throughout the organisation to develop solutions and manage projects that facilitate process improvements with a primary focus on global impact.

• 
  Support Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Logistic & Distributions and Purchasing related modules to improve business processes
• Provide end users front line support related to Oracle processes and peripheral software programs
• Integrate and support additional Oracle EBS modules or functionality as needed
• Implement and support non-Oracle solutions (both on-premise and cloud) and their integration with Oracle EBS
• Work with SMEs to define and document Change request scope and specifications
• Design and implement solutions to meet project requirements, work with off-shore technical resources as required
• Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans, unit test systems and applications and coordinate testing with the business users for unit tests, System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Work independently on assigned tasks, effectively using other resources as needed
• Provide input to IT standards and SOPs and follow established standards
• Work closely with global IT team to address production issues in a timely fashion

• Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent technical work experience
• 2-5 years proven experience in supporting Oracle EBS applications
• Functional and Technical expertise of Oracle EBS Discrete manufacturing & Supply Chain Modules (Inventory, OM and Purchasing)
• Experience in generating SQL scripts, Oracle EBS back-end tables and troubleshooting database issues
• Technical skill sets to troubleshoot issues and provide IT development team information to resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in collaborating/ leading project teams as needed and meeting project timelines
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with Data Analytics and reporting tools (such as Power BI, SQL Server, OBI, etc)
