Oracle Cerner is excited to hire a Support Operations Analyst with Cerner Support Services. As a Support operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, evaluating change & modification requests, and implementing electronic access for various clinical solutions and systems. This includes support of Enterprise Applications like Cerner\xe2\x80\x99s Millennium, Soarian, Pharmacy, GE Centricity, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, PeopleSoft, and many other applications. The role will require you to process end-user account requests in relation to service-level agreements while ensuring compliance with established policies and standards, you would serve as a liaison and interact with internal/external individuals & other work units at various levels, concerning technical and non-technical issues related to Cerner and third-party applications. You will also be expected to own and execute processes through appropriate system applications and troubleshoot client issues. Research and analysis of best practices is another scope of this role. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects to develop automation, improve operation stability, and develop process improvements.
