About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reaching out to customers who are facing connection issues and troubleshooting
2. Reaching out to teachers who are facing issues and troubleshooting
3. Ensuring an incredible overall user experience
4. Providing actionable intel on improvements and platforms
5. Reporting daily on total case resolution
6. Reaching out to students who have missed their classes and ensuring successful class conduction coordinated with the teachers
7. Preventing refund via problem resolution

Requirements:

1. A street-smart individual with a flair for problem-solving
2. One who can say what they mean and mean what they say (an incredible communicator)
3. Should be fine with working from the office
4. Basic knowledge of Excel and MS-Office
