Job Purpose
Job Purpose Description
The role holder will be looking after the maintenance part of the new coating line. The role includes:
1. Supervision during the erection and commissioning of the project.
2. Coordinate for the smooth execution of the erection and commissioning.
3. Follow the erection and commissioning schedule to achieve the project target completion schedule.
4. Follow and adhere to all safety procedures during execution of project.
5. Perform the preventive and breakdown activities.
6. Responsible and follow the all technician work required during execution of the project.
7. Perform the preventive and breakdown maintenance.
8. Must prepare daily SOPs to be followed during and after stabilization to bring out best quality.
9. Must critically evaluate possible reasons for related problems right from initial phase, generate necessary action plans and ensure its proper implementation.
10. Must coordinate with other teams to meet standards after commissioning.
11. Motivate self to develop best of practices to be carried for good quality output.
12. Effective coordination with all other departments to achieve targets.
