We are elated to hire a Support Integration Architect at Cerner. As Support Integration Architect, you will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability. You will develop and plan the execution of the client domain strategy. You will troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate. You will analyze performance metrics and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies. You will work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility. You will contribute to internal team value and improvements, and you will mentor and develop new associates.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of Total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
  • At least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including:
  • Bachelor\'s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of technical support and/or implementation work experience
  • At least 1+ year of Integration Architect experience or completion of the Cerner Integration Architect Development Program, Cerner Millennium, CCL, partnering with internal and external client teams to understand, design, and experience with change management, project management, and domain strategy.
