In this role you will take responsibility for the Motion Service division (MOSE) on a specific Salesforce (SFDC) integration landscape with other platforms and tools like ERP and installed base management, on global and local level as well as cross module integrations to ensure business processes continuity with focus on data availability and quality along the business processes. This role is open globally, but location is set in ABB offices in Poland, Finland or India. This position reports to MOSE IS Lead Architect Your responsibilities Lead the overall utilization and integration of the SFDC platform for MOSE with regards to the current business processes, IS application landscape and future changes. Leverage SFDC standard functionalities for MOSE needs, already implemented ABB customizations, future extensions, developed and maintained by the SFDC core team and ensure a long term operational and maintenance perspective on SFDC for MOSE. Work closely with Business Analysts on shaping and breaking down requirements, expressing their impact enhanced platform functional capabilities leading to well defined and aligned change requests. Build and maintain integration approaches between functional modules of the platform, additional applications, and other platforms like ERP and installed base management in close collaboration with Business Analysts and ABB group SFDC platform teams (integration design, documentation, information flow, data object utilization). Document the as-is and to-be states on data object models, integration APIs and their utilization within modules and applications in relation with the business processes. Drive change request for extensions and optimization to support development and operations teams. Support the business journey and business process modelling with SFDC insights on functionalities, modules, and data objects. Act as solid speaking partner within MOSE for SFDC related questions and advises from the application development community. Promote SFDC related innovations and connected applications within MOSE Service Application and IS organization. Share SFDC solution-, data modelling-, and integration building blocks with IS and business stakeholders, understand the MOSE business demand and lead continuous development and innovation of solutions to enable increased solution value realization. Provide clarification on needed measures and analytics approaches to ensure and improve data security and data quality. Support MOSE analytics work as base for further application landscape optimization. Your background Bachelor\'s Degree in IT/Computer Science discipline 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience on SFDC in complex business scenarios (Data objects, Integrations, Technical lead, hands-on development experience) Good understanding of SFDC platform and components, data objects and integration options Strong leadership and result orientation Fluent spoken and written English Ability to create, develop and evaluate practical solutions from complex topics with multiple stakeholder interests.
