Job Description Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is customer support. So we are looking for the support executive for voice process who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company. Roles &* Responsibilities*

• Graduate/Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in English Required.
• Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.
• Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.

\xc2\xb7 Strong multi-tasking skills. \xc2\xb7 Must be flexible for night shift & rotational shift.

• Have daily interactions with customers and handle all issues from end to end via call.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Quickly and effectively build rapport with customers and resolve issues
• Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times

\xc2\xb7 When required need to visit client and give the training of the software.

• Communication Proficiency - Ability to convey message effectively: Comprehension, Active Listening, Rate & Clarity of Speech, Conversational Ability.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
