Job title - Support executive Gender- Male, female both apply Salary - up to 20k Location - Vaishali nagar Job summry - Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and effective solutions via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Problem Resolution: Investigate and analyze customer problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support and product development, to escalate and resolve complex issues. Training and Education: Stay informed about product updates and improvements, and proactively educate customers on using our products effectively. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency in customer support procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a customer support role, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
