We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a
Customer Service Executive
. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Register and manage customer complaints efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Update case comments and feedback in the CRM system.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare reports as needed.
Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Engage with clients regularly to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Skills & Requirements
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with a disciplined work approach.
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
Good geographical knowledge (States/UTs).
2-3 years of relevant customer service experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
