Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to support requests over email and chat, providing timely query resolution.
2. Track customer experience across different channels and touchpoints.
4. Maintain an internal database of the support requests and track their completion journey.
5. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the queries received and what can be done for better implementation.Who can apply: 1. Are available for a duration of 3 months.
