Job Overview
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team at InFineIT Global Services LLP in Surat. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
