Provides ongoing administration and support of AWS Hosting Environment Works with remote support team, vendors, end users, Customer Service Representatives, and other technical staff to resolve AWS deployment and infrastructure services issues. Creating and Managing Documentation/Run Books Continuous support whenever required as this is a startup company Working on daily cloud operations BAU tickets and application deployments from development, GA, and into production. While we do offer training and guidance to some extent, the ideal candidate will already have experience in all this or will be a fast learner of new technologies. The company is a growing start-up business and so the candidate should be comfortable to work in an organization that doesn’t have hierarchies, standard operating procedures, and work in small teams. Requirements

• 0 – 3 years of Strong AWS backgroud.
• Must have AWS system operations experience.
• Hands on troubleshooting experience on AWS services stack including VPC, EC2, ELB, Security Groups, S3, RDS, Cloud Formation, CloudFront etc.
• Experience in Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu and AWS Linux).
• You should also have good verbal and written communication skills and be a team player with good brainstorming and conceptualization capabilities.
• You should be able to join us within 1 week from the date of receiving the offer letter.

Add Ons

• AWS Certification on basic platform.
• Working in SAAS platform would be an added advantage.
• Networking skills would be an added advantage.

Salary

3 lakhs - 6 lakhs per annum depending on the experience and performance during interview.

Place of work

The role is based out of our Madeenaguda office in Hyderabad, India.
