System/Organization/Process/Governance

• Initiatives for CSR and Reporting with CSR Authority
• Develop grievance handling mechanism
• Data capturing process through system/ portal - SANGAT

Awards and Recognition

• Apply for selected CSR Awards and recognitions for projects at the mines

Safety

• Creating a Sustainable Safety Culture in peripheral villages to ensure zero accidents.
• Identify social risk (Preparing Risk Calendar)
• Safety Audits - Audit CSR activities
• Tagging notification/hoarding to highlight dangerous spots - Road Safety Slogans.
• Ensure at least 1 BBSO per month.

Networking

• Networking with NGO, Govt. agencies and other Institutions to develop and initiate plan and its implementation
• Acting as the focal point for companys CSR initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
