  • Design, build, onboarding and management of the CIB ITO DevSecOps toolchain
    Design, build, onboarding, and management of testing, discovery, monitoring, observability and scheduling services.
    Crisis & Command Center, providing incident management services and automation for support and reporting activities within the Global Support Services team.
This position is the Scheduling team under Production enablement factories which provides maintenance and support for scheduling tools like Autosys and Dollar Universe. POSITION PURPOSE

The individual will be responsible for production/functional support of scheduling tools like Autosys and Univiewer, and should be particularly well versed in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting complex application systems by following accepted best practices for high availability. The person should dhave good communication to work with the users and stakeholders. Responsibilities

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, upgrade and support the production applications (AutoSys/Dollar U)
  • Provide high quality, efficient functional support services to business users while adhering to support standards, as determined by support management.
  • Continuously and proactively improve support services where possible.
  • Incident Management and reporting, in close conjunction with stakeholders & with the infrastructure teams (System, DB, Networks).
