About Businessline/Function : Atlas2 is a fast and flexible accounting and financial reporting system. The system is available 24x7 and operates in a batch and real-time mode processing. Data from the General Ledger is extracted and provided to other areas such as the Bank of England Reporting system, Head Office reporting, Management Information system and Nostro Reconciliation systems as well as to reporting tables enabling direct user access. Job Title: Support Analyst Date: 18/07/2023 Department: Core Banking Location: Chennai Business Line / Function: Global Banking Reports to: (Direct) Vishal Jain Grade: (if applicable) NA (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: 1 Directorship / Registration: NA Position Purpose The role is for a Junior Support Analyst with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities . Managing Allocation of All the NON PROD Environments of core banking application. . Capable of writing Scripts / Macro for Reporting . Experience of working LINUX / UNIX . Knowledge on the Server health check monitoring . Knowledge on ORACLE WALLET and Connection setup . Creating of new application Environments . Proactively monitoring of All the non-prod Environments on space utilization . Weekly Reporting for the DATABASE Usage / Inactive Environments . Manage Environments restoration for non`-prod server . Manage the different application licenses and their renewal . Exposure to tools like JIRA, Clarity, ServiceNow (desirable) Contributing Responsibilities o Ready to collaborate o Ready to work in shifts. Technical & Behavioral Competencies . Good Knowledge of Unix / LINUX Server environment & platforms . Good Knowledge & Understanding Oracle & SQL. . Flair for learning new tools & technology . Strong Ownership of assigned tasks to closure. . Prepare reusable templates for faster delivery .
